UVP Alignment is a process-oriented consultancy service designed to uncover these misfires, bring clarity to your core differentiators, and ensure every member of your sales organization communicates with consistency, confidence, and conviction.


Process

We don’t start with slides—we start with diagnosis. Using a combination of surveys, interviews, and internal audits, we identify the gaps between how different team members interpret and communicate your UVP. From there, we facilitate interactive workshops that bring together sales, marketing, and leadership teams to realign your message and reinforce it through hands-on practice and coaching.

Delivery

Individual trainings are delivered in a virtual classroom format, consisting of 4 sessions of 2 hours each. Enterprise trainings are delivered either virtually or in-classroom, based on preference, and consist of 8 sessions of 2 hours each; upon successful completion of either track, a final Q&A session will be held to provide feedback on your dissertation and address remaining questions.
